I See You

Not observed, but met.

Not as an animal.

Not as a symbol.

Not as something to admire from a distance.

But as a presence.

A life that looks back.

There is a moment, just before movement, just before instinct takes over, where everything becomes still.

In that moment, there is no distance between us.

No hierarchy. No story of human and wild. Only awareness meeting awareness.

These eyes do not ask to be understood. They do not need meaning.

They simply are.

Raw.

Alert.

Unfiltered.

And if you stay and look long enough,

you begin to feel it.

Not what you see, but what sees you.

This series is not about wildlife. It is about the encounter.

The quiet tension between looking and being seen.

I didn’t take these images.

I met them.
